My team lead is highly supportive and always encourages collaboration. The work environment allows cross-platform learning and hands-on exposure to different technologies. The company promotes teamwork and innovation, making it a great place to grow professionally. No major complaints so far!

DWAO ensures a lively work environment with games, engagement activities, and interactive sessions, making work enjoyable. The team-building efforts are great! However, since it’s a fully work-from-home setup, sometimes collaboration and social interactions feel limited, which can be a challenge for those who prefer an office environment.

DWAO provides a strong learning platform, especially in Adobe, Google CRO, and other advanced technologies. The exposure to industry-leading tools is invaluable. However, the company organizes only 2-3 offsite events per year, which could be increased to enhance team bonding and break the monotony of remote work.

The leadership at DWAO is humble, approachable, and responsive to employee concerns. They genuinely listen and take action, which makes the work environment positive. However, one downside is that I never had an opportunity to travel abroad, which would have been a great learning experience

The HR team is fantastic, ensuring a smooth experience for employees. Learning opportunities are vast, making career growth exciting. However, during critical client projects, working beyond 7-8 PM becomes necessary, which can sometimes be challenging but is also a part of the fast-paced industry.
